SDtoHD_SubtitleConverter V1.02
SDtoHD_SubtitleConverter was designed for subtitle authors and post production houses.
It is a software utility that runs under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.
It up-converts SD ULTECH subtitle jobs to HD.
SDtoHD_SubtitleConverter reads a standard definition (NTSC or PAL) ULTECH subtitle job authored for the ULTECH DV2000 or the ULTECH ITVinjector. Then it repositions the subtitles to compensate for the higher resolution of high definition video, and it optionally doubles the sizes of all the subtitle images in the job. Then it outputs an HD ULTECH subtitle job ready to be encoded by an ULTECH DV3000 or a Link HDE3000.
